I did awful at the baby shower / BBQ and I knew better. I need to stay committed and remind myself of my goal. Don't lose site of it!!!

BBQ is not going to kill you. Other than the sauce It's protein. Look at the overall positive. Regard it as your cheat day. Because all is not loss. Just get back on track and stay focus. Always try to eat the right things and be full before going to events that has food temptations. You can do it. Because yesterday is behind you. All is not loss ok. Ms Zeno your new buddy.
