Was surprised at my weight this morning. Been watching my calories and using calorie counter on and off this week but I went over the limit a few times. I think it's the "stress".
145.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
