I feel like I am doing really well! I still haven't had any sodas. I find that if I don't have 1 cup of coffee in the morning, I'll get a really bad headache in the afternoon. I'm still trying to drink all of the water I am suppose to be drinking, but it's hard to consume 64oz of water in a day! Still working on that!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
