Came home work to take care of a few things and will be returning soon. Gotta run a load of laundry really quickly and make lunch. As quick and easy as grits are, I think I'm gonna minimize my portions. Too much fiber is (apparently) a bad thing. I didn't think I'd been eating that much of it. I've made only one portion when I make it but I'll hedge my bets and split it from now on. Anyway, off to food stuffs.

Breakfast: 1/2 serving of Trix, 1/2 cup milk

Lunch: Spaghetti, tomato sauce, baked chicken, small piece of cake

Snack: another small piece of cake

Dinner: chicken sausage, multi-grain (rice, barley, quinoa, etc) mix with veggies

Water: 6 glasses as of 5:30pm
