This is terrible! I have no idea how I gained some weight. I barely ate anything and did an hour of cardio. :-( I don't know how to feel anything but discouraged right now.

Hang in there, .4 lbs isn't much, could just be water weight gain. I looked at your exercise and your diet, your right your barely eating. Deep breath, relax, I'm sure this is just an anomaly and when you weigh yourself tomorrow you'll be good.
