I kind of binged when a friend came over on Sunday but overall I have been doing well. I am not sticking to my 1600 calories but have been under 2000. I think I am just going to say 1800 calories is my daily limit and see how it goes. My next weigh in is this Sunday morning. WOOT WOOT.

I rejoined equinox. I need those classes. Have been going everyday since Saturday. Equinox helped me get on track last time and so I hope it will again this time.

1600 calories is too low for me with the exercise I get now, but I might try to get below 1800 consistently again to lose more while toning. Glad to hear you rejoined the gym.
