na wenigstens schon 2 kg runter....ist sicher nur wasser, aber besser als nix...das motiviert mich schon etwas!
Weiter so!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
