Going to be on the road all day and then out of town for the rest of weeke and weekend. i hope i am able to keep on my diet while traveling.

Bring some snacks with you, to fill in the gaps between meals. Cheese sticks, protein bars, and meal replacement protein drinks can really help contain the urge to let go. And track what you eat! Good luck

Don't feel bad throwing away food that you are served that you cannot eat, but that comes with your order....sometimes I try to order without, and that confuses the server. If you feel bad about throwing it away in front of people, ask for a "togo" box and toss it at the hotel.
