Hooray! Two weeks of weight loss. Finally my body is responding to diet/exercise the way it did pre-thyroid problems. Only took two years, but I think I finally found the right dose of meds.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
