Eating less calories than I need to in order to gain my weight back.
Not getting enough sleep, nor am I able to get my morning Interval Exercise in lik I used to. *sigh*
197.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
