Ok I have still been cheating... not a lot but enough to make me feel guilty which doesnt take much...I have to confess I ate a slice of pizza Monday night after 7PM which is not ONE but TWO of my challenges...and yesterday I ate too many almonds and more then my serving size of peanut butter. It's like I buy it to curb the sweet tooth and then once I start eating it is hard to put it down. Plus I have this huge problem of not putting a serving of something I am not supposed to have on my plate, but sneaking bites of it while cooking or containing it...any suggestions?
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
