Down a bit...posted skinnier/healthier pics of myself about six years ago in my trouble zones -- kitchen fridge door, pantry door and bedroom mirror as a touch of motivation and subtle hint to myself -- "think before you bite!" it worked, for the first night. did not eat a morsel after my well-balanced dinner - baked fish, veg and a half cup of mac n cheese. walked slowly on treadmill due to slight back pain but got in some movement despite the dull ache in my back.

yes, I hope it works! I wasn't skinny...just lighter, more in shape, with a pre-baby body. It's definitely attainable if I stay focused!
