THANK YOU to all who helped me through my fear of calories and fat content on this regimen, responding to my post and journal. This is only Day 4 on keeping my net carbs around 20g. I am full of energy, feel like I can walk again! AND, I have continued a steady, slow, but solid, weight loss, a few ounces every single day. My weight is varying downward, not upward. I am so happy on this diet! It has been so easy. So glad I have FS so that I can keep close tabs on my net carb count.
