Ok I was very please this morining when I weigh myself I am down alittle over 2 pounds my measurements are left upper arm 12 down 1/2 inches, chest remain the same at 39, waist also remain the same at 31 3/4, hips down 3/4 to 39 3/4, left mid thigh down 1/4 to 20 1/2.
