Busy day to day but I was able to run 2 miles and follow my Herbalife nutritional meal supplements. I did reset my goal weight from 175 to 170. I feel that this may be a better weight for me. We were at Riverside City Council all afternoon in support of the Mt. Rubidoux cross. I hope everyone was able to be successful today. I was encouraged by one of my FatSecret buddies to just tackle one day at a time. Sound advice. Be blessed!

keep it going.. for me i don't have all the time to keep coming and recording what I'm doing, but normally every thing is going as per the plan .
