Planned to work out tonite, got sucked into the tv instead. Feels too late now. Two options, don't fret and let it go (stayed well within my calories today) or get up and do it tomorrow morning.....will see in the morn. Going to a workout class tomorrow and went yesterday, every second day should be okay.
