I had a bit of a lazy day and ate more then my goal calories (1000). A little disappointed when I added it up, but I plan to make up for it by doing some sit ups and push ups before bed.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
