Good day! Chicken, cauliflower, and salad for dinner last night. Whey protein shake for lunch. Attempting to make...and enjoy....Shirataki tofu spaghetti tonight.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That sounds like a good dinner! I almost bought cauliflower last time at the grocery store, but skipped it since I didn't have any recipes in mind. That's the key I'm missing right now. I did have a few things in mind that I made the last few days, but now I'm down to improvising unless I take some time today to plan. I've got yoga in 45 minutes and Emmy and I are still in our pj's and Sarah is still sleeping, so I'd better get going! Have a great day!
