I am NO saint but at least when I eat incorrectly I manage to balance it out with light eating later and some good exercise. I came home and cooked a fine meal which we ate at 14:00. Thank goodness I had had some yoghurt before we had left for a swim in the morning. I like having this site to share these moments with. It helps. I got my course assignment in on time. I am going to go to be early tonight. I get less hungry when I have slept as much as possible.
