yay! 1 step closer to my goal of 127. I know that it may be unhealthy to have such dramatic increases and decreases in calorie consumption, but i'm happy with my progress.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
