Today is two weeks I have been following Atkins. I couldn't be more happy with the progress. My goal from here on out is to lose about 2 pounds a week except for the week I am on the cruise. Realistically, I know I will gain, but I want it to be 5 pounds MAX and hopefully more like 3. I will follow the diet except for alcohol. :)
