2912 kcal Fat: 142.86g | Prot: 170.12g | Carb: 227.60g.   Breakfast: Sausage Egg and Cheese, 100% casein, minute maid orange juice, water, Mexican Blend Cheese. Lunch: 1 cup o guacamole, mexican blend, thousand island, lettuce,  BACON BITS, tyson grilled chicken. Dinner: flaxseed pills, BEEF STEW, APPLE JUICE. Snacks/Other: SUGAR, WHOLE MILK, KELLOGS POPS. more...
