walked 3.5 miles last night on treadmill. Then ate a half a box of Triscuits. Curse me. I hate the scale. I am making ZERO progress even though I am exercising 6 days a week!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2013:
1298 kcal Fat: 59.26g | Prot: 48.84g | Carb: 153.66g.   Breakfast: french vanilla creamer, whipped butter, whole grain bread. Lunch: chocolate chip cookie cafe, lettuce, apple, cucumber, craisins, walnut pieces, kellogg pretzel. Dinner: yoplait greek, blueberries, hummus, celery sticks, baby carrots. Snacks/Other: tofu, egg, red pepper, cucumber, olive oil, guac. more...
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 2.5 lb a week

One day at a time! You can do this. The last 10-12 lbs is the hardest to get off, your body likes that extra weight. Good for you for walking and hey at least it was Triscuits and not Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Thank you for your encouraging words. Yes, I agree. Triscuits, although salty, are full of fiber! :) I do appreciate your comment, "your body likes that extra weight." Wow, that really feels so true. It is so used to its own shape, flab, and density. It will not back down and is holding on to every last fat cell as I chip away at it, one step on the treadmill at a time.
