1106 kcal Fat: 86.84g | Prot: 62.55g | Carb: 21.07g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, jalapeno ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, onion, spring mix, london broil. Lunch: Pimento (Canned), Feta Cheese, Jalapeno Ranch Dressing, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Kalamata Olives. Dinner: alpura crema, cream cheese, tyson all natural boneless chicken breast, Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions, Sliced White Mushrooms. Snacks/Other: Garlic & Fine Herbs Gournay Cheese. more...
