My partner brought me a few pieces of See's chocolates to try to help me feel better, knowing I was having a very Monday Monday. It did help, then I ate a bunch of other stuff, despite having had a wonderful dinner. I don't like giving in to emotional eating; time to listen to my meditation cd. I tried to record it all, think I covered everything.
Read my food diary for a cautionary tale about emotional eating. :o)

I eat my feelings, I think that's the root of all my problem. Meditation is a wonderful idea though! I've been getting on here when I have the urge to go binge on something (when I know good and well I am not REALLY hungry) being on fatsecret is my new ultimate deterrent :) I hope you're having better luck today, and PS -- nothing wrong with a few chocolates!!!
