Rosslandan's Journal, 14 January 2013

Today I had my Herbalife Mint Chocolate shake with chocolate soy milk for breakfast and Dinner. For lunch I had the spicy chicken sandwich from chick fil-et and crisscut fries. I also did 30 pushups and 30 situps and 20 minutes on the HealthRyder. Yes, I still do the HealthRyder and I love it. I also took my Herbalife Multivitamin and herbal supplements. I feel great. I did not weigh today but I will weigh on Friday!
