I cant do "normal" activities, i am so handicapped with this left knee some days. I am working on step-ups and its hurt so much. Wish i could bend my leg so i could ride a bike. :( I need to really work on my diet because i am not burning any calories. Not eating after 7pm is a rule i need to put into FULL effect.
