Another note, didn't measure waist right so remeasured today!! 36"....Hell Yeah!!!! Also did body fat percentage on Livestrong.com.... 19.92%. So Afghanistan trip summary as of now.....29.4lbs lost; >9% body fat lost; 9" from my waist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
