I never thought in a million years that I'd ever say this, but I'm having a hard time eating my meals--all I want to do right now is catch up on some sleep. That's the issue right there: sleep. I'm a computer junkie and I'm on it until the wee hours of the morning, cutting my projected sleep time in half and leaving me all blah during the day. I really need to start utilizing my SelfControl app...I hate being tired. The only upside is that I'm not focused on food, but I'd rather not replace one vice with another at this point.

Another thing I've noticed: I've been slacking a little with my counting/exercising...a habit I really need to shut down, like, immediately. I have six more months of this (and more) and there's no way in hell I'm going to start up bad habits again, especially since it's only week two (and a half). Counting calories is time-consuming, but totally necessary and having the Calorie Counter app on my iPhone definitely helps things and I think it's the best tool ever. If you don't have it, go and download it!
