Ate nothing processes (except cheese:) If I found I was hungry I asked myself "would I ean an apple?" And if I said yes then I ate an apple. Tried to snack on fruits and veggies as much as I could. I can eat all day and they are healty and don't have a lot in the way of calories. Subbed regular bread crumbs for gluten free ones. Got a thumbs up and a clean plate from my daughter so those passed. Subtle changes such as watching sugar intake on some things and gluten. Not cutting anything out. Also, every morning as soon as I get up I drink 2 glasses of water. I wait at least 30 minutes before getting on the scale to get all the fluid moving in my body. Started pilates again and now to get back to the gym and get my but on the treadmill.
