Had a difficult week... one child sick and both home from school due to weather closings. Hard to concentrate on exercise, food, and just me. Fell off on the routine a little, but weight held steady. No loss, but no gain either.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
