A lot of people think that weight loss is all physical actions - working out, eating right, etc. But it is actually 99% mental. If your head isn't in it, and you can't make that commitment, it's hard to be successful. You need to make sure you really want to lose the weight and simply decide to do it. I know it's hard because I have been "pretending" to try for years now, but I finally am in the correct mindset and nothing can stop me now! As soon as you have the right mindset, you will be unstoppable too! Good luck!
