yay! finallyn dropped m1 pound! had to tecord today eventghough weigh-in is on Friday. I,ve told myself once i record ma certain #, it CANNOT GO HIGHER! it can stsy the can go down....but it cannot goo higher!! i am onb my way.....13 pounds to losee, by Memorial Day!!
138.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
