First day off. Exercise not started yet. Got a headache I can't shift. Maintained food diary. Cut right down on alcohol this weekend feel better for it but not right now. Didn't sleep well got up for a pee didn't go back solid woke 7.13 with the same headache I work in with yesterday. Exercise rest destress and sleep hold the key.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
