very tired as usual in the morning, i did start with 13 + 17 + 13 + 13 + 20 push up , 1/2 liter of water, 1 yogurt , 150 gm chicken breast, 1/2 liter of water, 1 coffee and another 1, 1 yogurt at 10,30 as well as 1/2 liter infusion, another 1/2 liter infusion at 11 and another yogurt at 11,30 , salad and 200 gm salmon, another 1/2 liter infusion, 32 push up and out for a walk , there is no way so far i can make it running so 8 km walk it s more than enough, 1/2 liter eater 1 omega 3 , dinner with steamed vegetables, salmon and shrimps, 1/2 lite water
