Earthlady's Journal, 14 January 2013

OK, time to stop snacking and get back on track as of today. New determination, snack cupboard empty! And I joined a challenge to increase my exercise, aiming to cover 10 miles a week. That's do-able for me, not a drastic increase but more than I'm doing at the moment.
