I haven't had enough water today. Working on that :-) It is a dreary kind of day' made a pot of potato soup. I lightened upmy recipe. It was very good and filling.

I have your regular recipe still. Would love to see how you lightened it up. I'm struggling with water today too. Not getting enough and will try to push before it gets too late in the day. Uggg, back to work tomorrow!
