I am right there with you. I too am tall and never had to worry about weight and always in good health. I am not very active and do have a high stress job which requires hours outside of the normal 8 to 5. I have started walking from 1 to 3 miles a day which I find to be a great stress reliever along with giving much energy. I have been on a no/low carb - high protien diet now for about a month and already lost 10 lbs. Goal is another 12 lbs then learning to maintain.
