Be patient. The weight will lose again. Be sure to keep your calories above 1200, and eat more protein foods (milk eggs, meat, fish). That will help. Don't let your calories get to low and your metabolism stops.

Ya, you are right...I just forgot to add my dinner meal :D....I added it..
