The day was difficult, didn't get enough water, didn't eat till 1:30, drank too much wine, feel frustrated by this schedule. am having breakfast today, so I don't fall in this trap again. Sometimes work getsw crazy and I simply don't get to eat or drink. It's hard to do either of these when I'm on the floor with clients. I need to force some type of change.
