Day 10 of Insanity. I would still say its going good. I can definitely already tell a difference in my abilities, and I've been eating more while still losing weight. Let's hope this continues. I'm not feeling safe enough to actually raise my calorie amounts yet, but we'll see. Here's to keeping it going!

Goals Update: Current 236.8. 22 Days until February 4th!

239 - January 9th.

237 - January 13th.

234 - (-2.8 lbs) I want to be here by 2/4! My one year anniversary on FS.)

229 - (-7.8 lbs)... Now I'm beginning to wonder if I could make this by Feb. 4th???

Non-scale related goal: fitting into *all* of my size 16's. Right now I only fit into about half of them.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
