Oh my lord. Another three and a half pounds lost. You would think that I haven't been eating at all, but I have eating eggs and turkey bacon fried in butter for breakfast, grilled chicken salads with full-fat dressing for lunch almost every day last week! I love the low-carb lifestyle!!! I don't know if 202 is my real weight because I weighed myself in the morning, sometimes my weight shifts through out the day. But I felt this way before and that weight was real, obviously since I weight lower now. Just wanted to give an update. -Erika

The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, thoughout the day your weight can vary due to food and water. So glad that you found that plan that works for you.
