Yaaaay :)

All I can say is, thank the heavens for Greek Yoghurt being introduced into my life. Saves me every time I get a sugar craving, normally later in the evening. I normally have around 3tbsp of plain 0% fat greek yoghurt and I add 1 level tsp of Splenda which is only 0.5g carbs and a tiny tiny amount (around quarter of a tsp) of reduced fat cocoa powder and mix! The best thing I've eaten in a long time! Well, since all of my Christmas chocolate :) Obviously will be keeping it as my emergency sugar craving solution because there are still carbs in it and would prefer not to have it if I can help it!

I always start my day with greek yoghurt mixed with vanilla weigh and a tbsp of chia seeds. If i'm having cravings i finish my day with the other half. So impressed with your motivation now...keep at it!

Do you have the chia seeds instead of the oatbran? If so, is there any particular reason? I've heard of them but never seen or eaten them myself! Also, I've recorded a few diet calendar entries just out of curiosity and it looks like I'm having an awful lot of fat! Much more than I should probably be having on the Dukan, which is a low fat diet! I'm finding it difficult to keep my calories at 1000 or above without boosting the fat up at the same time. Any idea as to how I could keep my fats down without eating less? I did have a pork chop today but it was small and didn't have the fat on it. Interesting!

I usually make the gallette with the oatbran. I put it in the yogurt if it's the quaker brand since it tastes good. I use chia instead of flaxseeds which is on his tolerated list because they don't need grinding, they are packed with omega 3's, magnesium and calcium and they swell up so you feel full longer. If you are eating the foods on the list then don't worry about the fat, the inherant fat in the lean meats is fine...just don't add any extra. You're doing great
