A gain over the week of 600 gr is disappointing but it was expected after a whole week of evening snacking and it being T o M. I'll get over it and get back on track - at least I now know that besides the stress excuse there are also hormones to blame for uncontrollable munchies.
127.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
