Drinking at least 72 oz of water per day seems to have stabilized the weight swings
217.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   losing 1.6 lb a week
