I am going to do 5 mini challenges that will work with each other. They are called Healthy Weight Loss Challenge,Arbonne 30 Day Feeling Fit.Calorie Shift/ Zig Zag Challenge, Zumba Time, Focusing on Change and Creating Healthy Habits,No eatting after Supper and 14lb in 4 weeks. Its going to be a challege but i know I can accomplish it.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 January 2013:
1588 kcal Fat: 55.75g | Prot: 49.00g | Carb: 219.50g.   Lunch: Deli Thin Honey Turkey Lunch Meat, wonka sweetarts candy, sargento natural sharp cheddar deli slices, heb honey split wheat bread, baked ruffles chips,  water bottle. Dinner: Hershey's Sundae Pie, Cream of Broccoli Soup. Snacks/Other: Movie Theater Popcorn (Small), Caramel Apple Sundae, Baked!
