Hi FS friends..hope you all have a great weekend.

My weight is fluctuating some and that is okay...maybe my body adjusting or maybe because I havent vouded in a couple of days...maybe a combo of both. Either I am sticking to plan and I am in ketosis.

Staying on track and not going to let myself down.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up, girl! You've already lost 40 pounds, so you know you've got this! The body does go through an adjustment period and of course, as we all know, that non-voiding thing is a total party-pooper, so to speak lolol. You're doing great, Jamie :) So very proud of you!
