I'm sticking with the diet, though modified. I've been eating small servings of fruit or veggies that aren't on the induction list. I guess it would be considered pre-maintenance, even though I've not gone through the phases to find my ACE score. I'm sure giving up bread, pasta and sugar will help tremendously, and though I won't lose as quickly as I'd like, I'll stick with it much easier. It's easy to say no to cookies when I eat a canned peach, for example.

today was my Snap Fitness assessment. On a scale of 1-40, I'm an 11. Like I didn't see that one coming!! I signed up on Monday, and didn't go at all. I haven't been getting up early enough to go. However, I have been following FlyLady much, much better. Going to sleep on time and getting up to work out, and doing coupons are my last FL habits to include. Yeay!

I wish I could find a workout buddy. It was the one thing Snap said I needed, since Motivation was my response of what has helped me so far. With no support (beyond "good for you" statements on FB), it would help so much! Not many people want to get up at 5 am and go with me, though. Maybe I'll get lucky and I'll see bald guy (a guy who my friend and I used to see, when we went together) or someone on a regular basis. I can introduce myself to them and make them my workout buddy, maybe?
198.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi there I am Ms Zeno. I would love to be your FS buddy. What you need is a mp3 player design for walkers. You have to depend on yourself. Learn to make trick your body and make it fun. You can do this and i will help you. We have about the same amount eof weight to loose to reach our goal. Read my profile. I use to be 400 lbs. I am 246 lbs. You got to trick your body ok. overall I do well on atkins. I do popcorn which it not on atkins. But i am going get big bags of pig skins. And veggie chips for my snack. I like frozen sugar free popsicles, jello and fudge bar. I drink a little apple cider vinegar mix with a little water. Believe me it helps. I drink 64 oz water, by I add sugar free flavor to trick my body. My buddy is walking my dog. If you don't have a dog. Walk a neighbors dog. They would appreciate it. Have your walkmans mp3 player on. On rainey days I walk 1 to 5 miles with Leslie Sansone. I got it from Wal-Mart. No excuses young lady. You can do this don't give up.

Also I eat different flavor sunflower seeds that in the shell. It helps if you are an emotional eater. I trick my body.

They have different flavor chicken rinds, if u don't like pork rinds.
