Well I succumbed to a Costa coffee with my Dad today.

My veggie stew was nice, and I'm stuffed now.

I love making my own vegetable soup. Whenever I roast a chicken or turkey I'll keep the bones and make a stock. Then once the stock is made I'll throw in a bunch of herbs and veggies. It's so wonderfully filling, nutritious and low calorie. I'm glad it filled you up!

Noooooo. when i go there i get scared by the calorie info. Its a min of 250 for everything...and they only last two bites lol
