I have started my personal trainer program for the first time in my life. I had to bite the bullet and pay up, although I am way in debt for college, but I have decided it is time to try something new. I can report that after only three sessions I feel stronger, fitter, and have less aches in my wrists. I have been eating well I think, only after first work out I pigged out. We have started at 162lb and my goal is to achieve 138lb, hopefully by the end of the year, and preferably by August9for the swimsuit!), losing 24lb I think is realistic.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
